Mount Carmel's Women of Purpose Mission Statement:
The Women's Ministry implements programs that minister to the unique needs of women in our church and community.  All activities are to
strengthen and expand the Kingdom of God by promoting spiritual growth and maturity, personal development, and corporate responsibility.  An
increase in spiritual understanding leads one to live a life that is fruitful in every good work while allowing them to grow in the knowledge of God.
Carmel Drops (ages 3-7)

Mission Statement:
The Carmel Drops are dedicated in learning the Word of God and applying His Word in every interaction
with others.  The Carmel Drops goal is to develop into loving, giving and spiritual young ladies who
“affect the world, one by one.”

We follow Galatians 5:22 which says . . . “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love,
joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  There is no law
against these things.”

Carmel Drops meet every 3rd Sunday at 11:00am.
Youth of Destiny  (ages 8-10)

Mission Statement:
The Youth of Destiny are young girls between the ages of 8 to 10 who are inspiring and motivating each
other to be the best they can be while striving to build a stronger relationship with Christ.  They aim to
achieve unlimited possibilities by letting the fragrance of God's love enter into their lives to be a
foundation of blessings to others.

Youth of Destiny meet every 3rd Sunday at 11:00am.
Divine Daughters of Ruth (ages 11-13)

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to empower young ladies with knowledge and skills and to actively participate in the home
life, church ministries, nurture positive Christian values, and help them to incorporate faith in daily life
experiences as well as recognize that their faith calls them to work for Christ with the characteristics of

Our vision is to enable young ladies to understand and recognize who Jesus is, to be a person of faith,
integrity, and loyalty like Ruth, and to know what it is to live for God only.

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By
this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35

Divine Daughters of Ruth meet every 3rd Sunday at 11:00am.
Lights of Mount Carmel  (ages 14-17)

Mission Statement:

*Lifting up
*Helping and
*Teaching our Sisters is how we "affect the world, one by one."  

The Lights of Mount Carmel ministry meets every 2nd Wednesday at 6:00pm.
Precious Pearls (ages 18-29)

Mission Statement:
Our vision is best stated in the following verses:

“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Thy Sight, O Lord, my
strength, and my redeemer.” Psalm 19:14

“Search me, O God and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked
way in me, and lead me  in the way everlasting.” Psalm 139: 23-24

Our Goal and Objective:
Our goal is to discover who we are in Christ and to be obedient to God’s call at all times. Our objective is
walk in the Spirit as measured by the fruit in our lives and the company we keep.

The Precious Pearls ministry meets every 2nd Wednesday at 6:00pm
D.I.V.A.S. (ages 30-40)

Mission Statement:
D.I.V.A.S. (Divine, Inspirational, Virtuous, Anointed, Sisters in Christ) is a Christian ministry dedicated to
building lives of commitment for leadership in the church, within the community, and in the world.  Our
goal is to equip and empower women as leaders to assist the church in "affecting the world one by one."

We have identified the following values and believe them to be important building blocks to assist in
preparing a foundation on which our ministry can grow and flourish:

Spirit Sisters (ages 41-50)

Mission Statement:
Our mission as women is to seek to know God in his fullest through his word.  Our vision is to help
women grow spiritually and develop a deep personal relationship with God, while being set free from
unnecessary burdens.

The Spirit Sisters ministry meets every 2nd Saturday 11:00am.
Women of Servanthood (ages 51-60)

Mission Statement:
The Women of Servanthood desire God to transform our hearts as we strive to live and breathe the
Word of God and allow the Holy Spirit to teach us through it.

“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.”  Psalm 51:10

The Women of Servanthood ministry meets every 1st Saturday 11:00am.
Amazing Grays (ages 61 and up)

Mission Statement:
Our mission is to uphold a standard of excellence as representative of Jesus Christ. Winning and
nurturing souls with a compassionate heart and an open mind.  As women of virtue we will allow God's
glory to reveal itself in our actions, words, and deeds as we "affect the world one by one."
